CONTRACT OPERATORS NIGERIA, LTD. was specifically developed to meet the needs of the oil and gas industry in Nigeria. CONL’s mother company (Contract Operators, Inc.) is a world class Oil & Gas engineering service company who provides engineering to the on and offshore facilities, FPSO’s gas plants and refineries. CONL provides the hard to find top engineering specialist. e.g. Project Managers, HCO and SU/SD, Commissioning Specialists and specialty engineers. At this time we are providing engineering and construction services at the Escravos Gas Plant a Joint Venture between CNL/NNPC. CONL is involved in the Construction, Installation and Upgrade of Onshore and Storage and/or Export Facilities e.g. Oil Terminals, Process Facilities, FPSO Vessels, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil. The proposed upgrading will increase the EGP’s facility capacity to process up to 680 MMSCFD of feed gas, producing up to 25,550 BPD of mixed propane/butane LPG and up to 31,600 BPD of blended natural gasoline and stabilized condensate product.
